How much does a web hosting account cost?
That depends on how much storage space and bandwidth you need. Pricing
starts at $10.00/month for 100 MB of storage, and goes up to $40.00/month
for 500 MB of storage. There is also a $15.00 one-time setup fee to

Must I use a credit card to place an order?
No. We also accept PayPal.
How will the charges show up on my credit card statement?
Charges will show as having come from Login ComTech., or PayPal (paypal.com
is our payment processor).
How will I be billed/invoiced?
As soon as you place your order with us through our online order form,
your credit card will immediately be charged $10.00 for your first month,
plus the $15.00 setup fee (total = $25.00, assuming you ordered our
$10/month account). The date you placed your order will then become your
"anniversary date" meaning that on that same date every month,
you will automatically be charged $10.00 for the next month's hosting.
This is called recurring billing, and will continue every month until such
time as you cancel your account. Billing will stop immediately upon you
canceling your account.
Can you host International domain names?
Yes. We support all domain name extensions available throughout the world.
The three most popular are .com, .net and .org. Examples of other domain
name extensions are: .com.sg, .ca, .co.uk, .com.au, .info, .biz, .tv, .ws,
.cc, .us, .bz, .name, .de, .jp.... and there are many more available.
Does the $10.00/month price include the cost of registering a domain name?
No. If you do not already have a domain name, then you will have to
register one separately. You can either register one at our Domain
Registration Page, or at any other recognized domain name registrar.
Will there be any ads on my website?
No! That is, not unless they are ads that you design into your website.
Some budget hosting companies offer very cheap web hosting, but have a
stipulation that an ad for their company will be placed at the top or
bottom of your website. That is not the case with our hosting plans. Our
hosting plans are 100% "ad-free". But again, you are more than
welcome to put ads on your website yourself :)
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express*. We accept PayPal payments. We do not accept checks, cash or
money orders.
Is PayPal secure?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In
addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't
receive your sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank
account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you
don't know.
Do you offer discounts if I want more than one account?
You will have to check our Monthly Special
Offer.
Can I resell your accounts?
Certainly! You can order as many accounts as you wish, and resell them to
your own customers. You can resell the accounts for whatever price you
wish.
Can I have MP3's and/or Video's on my website?
Yes, provided you own the copyright to them.
What about adult sites?
We do not allow any pornography, adult-related material, or links to such
websites in our hosting accounts. People caught abusing this policy will
have their hosting accounts terminated without warning.

order, we will immediately begin setting up your new account. Once it's
ready, we'll send you a "Welcome Email" containing your login
information, and instructions on uploading your website, setting up email,
and using your new account.
How long does it take to setup my new account?
If we receive your order during regular business hours, your account will
be setup within 1 or 2 hours. Otherwise, it may take up to 12 or 24 hours.
We still setup accounts at night, on the weekends, and on holidays, but it
just takes a little longer.
